Ingredients
85% lean ground beef – 1 pound
Almond flour – ¼ cup
Grated Parmesan – ¼ cup
Egg – 1
Dried parsley – 2 tsp.
Salt – 1 tsp.
Dried oregano – ½ tsp.
Pepper – ¼ tsp.
No sugar added tomato sauce – 1 cup
Beef broth – ½ cup
Method
Mix flour, beef, pepper, oregano, salt, parsley, egg, and parmesan in a bowl.
Mix well and make 12 balls.
Place broth and sauce into the Instant Pot.
Add meatballs and coat well.
Close the lid and press Manual.
Cook 9 minutes on High.
Do a natural release, open, and serve.
