Ingredients
Cauliflower – 1 head, chopped into florets
Water – 1 cup
Butter – 3 Tbsp.
Heavy cream – 1 Tbsp.
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese – 1 cup
Salt – ½ tsp.
Pepper – ¼ tsp.
Garlic powder – ¼ tsp.
Method
Add water into the Instant Pot and place steamer basket.
Place cauliflower on top of the basket and close the lid.
Press Steam and cook for 1 minute.
Do a quick release.
Pulse the cauliflower in a food processor until broken into small pearls.
Place the cauliflower in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and gently fold.
Serve.
