Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets, boneless
2 tablespoons avocado oil
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
2 zucchinis, sliced
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
A pinch of sea salt and black pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
In a roasting pan, combine the salmon with the oil and the other ingredients, toss gently and cook at 370 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Divide everything between plates and serve.
