Ingredients:
½ cup coconut cream
1 cup apples, peeled, cored and chopped
½ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup almond flour
2 eggs, whisked
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
In a blender, combine the cream with the apples and the other ingredients and pulse well.
Pour this into a baking dish lined with parchment paper, bake in the oven at 370 degrees F for 25 minutes, cool down, cut into bars and serve.
