Ingredients
Water – 1 cup
Eggs – 6
Tuna – 1 (5-ounce) can, drained
Mayo – 4 Tbsp.
Lemon juice – 1 tsp.
Celery – 1 stalk, diced
Dijon mustard – ¼ tsp.
Chopped fresh dill – ¼ tsp.
Salt – ¼ tsp.
Garlic powder – 1/8 tsp.
Method
Add water to the Instant Pot and place the steamer basket.
Top the basket with the eggs.
Close and press Egg button and cook for 8 minutes.
In a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix.
When done do a quick release and remove the eggs.
Cool the eggs and remove the shells.
Cut eggs in half and remove the yolks.
Mash the yolks with forks.
Add yolks to the bowl with mayo and tuna and mix well.
Spoon mixture into egg white halves.
Serve.
