Ingredients
Brussels sprouts – 2 pounds, trimmed
Fresh lemon juice – ¼ cup
Sugar-free maple syrup – 2 Tbsp.
Butter – 1 Tbsp.
Lemon zest – 1 tsp. grated
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Method
Stir the Brussels sprouts with maple syrup, lemon zest, lemon juice, butter, a pinch of salt and pepper into an Instant Pot.
Cover and lock the lid. Cook 4 minutes on High.
When cooked do a Quick release.
Serve.
