Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple, peeled and cubed
½ cup walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup coconut cream
1 egg, whisked
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
Directions:
In a blender, combine the pineapple with the walnuts and the other ingredients, pulse well, divide into 6 ramekins and bake at 370 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Serve cold.
